Had a telephone call with the recruiter Had 1st phase interview with hiring director and another senior managing director I constitute the questions to be irrelevant to the role & the interviewers came across negative & cliquey and made me not want to piece of work for the company although when I asked for feedback at the end of the interview they said they thought I was a good fit and they liked how I answered the questions. Subsequently a few days I spoke to the recruiter and asked for feedback on why there was no offering and they said I wasn't a adept fit & I wasn't prepared enough, which was the consummate opposite to what they said on the day. I was already put off past the irrelevant interview questions and this confirmed my feelings almost the people & the company.

Had interviewed for an FA position concluding twelvemonth (no experience in FP&A) and at present was contacted to interview again (having 6 months of FP&A experience). 5 interviews with 5 different managers. There weren't multiple rounds, then I simply did all five. In my opinion, I did very well, but after 1 week of waiting I got a call that they were going to continue looking for someone else. I've interviewed with TJX ii times at present and both time I've gone to the final interview and both times they rejected me. I literally have the exact experience they wanted, so I'm not sure what they're looking for. Complete waste of my time to practice 5 interviews just to exist rejected. At that place should exist rounds so that they don't waste product a candidates time.
